We climbed on the boat and the lady gave us a quick briefing where everything was. Then we set out to get to Sting Ray City. When we arrived there, we anchored and she gave the divers a short briefing of what they would be doing. Which was playing with the Sting Rays and feeding them.
Once the divers had got suited up and had jumped off and gone down, me and Mum got our snorkels and flippers on. Then we climbed off the boat and into the water. It was very cold at first. We had a line that we could hold on to the end and we could just float out to above the divers.
We watched the divers swim away and so we asked the lady if we could let go of the line. The lady pointed out a turtle and we followed it. We pointed it out to the divers but noone noticed us. We watched the divers play with the sting rays and feed them.
Then we swam back to the boat and shortly after the divers came up and the boat drove back to the marina.
We went out to dinner at Grand Old House which had an interesting history. I enjoyed my experience at Sting Ray City.
